SHOWTIMES AT IFC CENTER

Screening on 35mm!

“This was conceived as a sequel of sorts to my family drama WENDIGO, expanding the themes of cultural cannibalism to themes of Manifest Destiny and climate collapse, all of which relate to the Wendigo Mythology of Ojibway origins. It was my biggest budget and my biggest cast and premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival and was bought by IFC to some fanfare. It’s in the permanent collection at MOMA. It continues my focus on the left right political divide that makes solving problems impossible.” – Larry Fessenden, director
