One Track Heart: The Story of Krishna Das

Saturday, June 15, 2013

Special show added Jun 15 at 4:30 with Krishna Das in person!

Called “the chant master of American yoga” by The New York Times, Krishna Das began his life as Jeffrey Kagel, a Long Island resident who, in 1970, had the chance to become the lead singer for the nascent Blue Oyster Cult. Instead, he sold all his possessions and moved to the Himalayas, later emerging as a world-renowned spiritual teacher. Featuring a score by J. Mascis & Devadas, ONE TRACK HEART follows an incredible and inspiring journey that continues today.
