Writer-director Charlie Kaufman in person for extended intro!
IFC Center presents a special screening with writer-director Charlie Kaufman (Anomalisa; Synecdoche, New York; Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind; Adaptation.) in person to present his most recent feature film, released at the beginning of the 2020 shutdown but rarely ever shown in theaters. Nothing is as it seems when a woman (Jessie Buckley) experiencing misgivings about her new boyfriend (Jesse Plemons) joins him on a road trip to meet his parents (David Thewlis and Toni Collette) on their remote farm.
