SHOWTIMES AT IFC CENTER

“This was Ti West’s fourth film with Glass Eye Pix and his follow up to seminal slow-burn THE HOUSE OF THE DEVIL. Ti explained that the crew stayed in the Yankee Peddlar hotel during the shooting of HOUSE and everyone felt it was haunted so he wrote a script for the location. But I know that Ti had pitched the idea of two slacker ghost hunters years before. Look under the hood and you see three ghosts of past present and future in this movie, anticipating West’s newest venture, EBENEZER. And listen for me voicing A CHRISTMAS CAROL off camera on the TV. I’ve been told it’s Scorsese’s favorite Ti West Film.” – Larry Fessenden, producer
