Friday, August 28 - Thursday, November 19, 2009

Doxita presents short films that represent a wide variety of documentary work — domestic and foreign, serious and funny — that people don’t often get a chance to see.  This fall, seven Doxita documentaries will screen as part of our ongoing “Short Attention Span Cinema” series, playing before the theater’s regular features through November:

Oct 9-15: Ik ben Nanda (I’m Nanda) (Netherlands, Nanda Swiersemaa, 1 min) A self-portrait by a young woman with Down Syndrome.
