Short Attention Span Cinema: ReelAbilities Film Festival 2023

Friday, March 31 - Thursday, April 27, 2023

As part of our ongoing Short Attention Span Cinema program, IFC Center is proud to screen short films from the ReelAbilities Film Festival before our regular features this spring. ReelAbilities is the largest festival in the US dedicated to promoting awareness and appreciation of the lives, stories and artistic expressions of people with disabilities.

Founded in New York in 2007, the festival presents award winning films by and about people with disabilities in multiple locations throughout each hosting city. Post-screening discussions and other engaging programs bring together the community to explore, discuss, embrace, and celebrate the diversity of our shared human experience. The New York edition of this year’s festival takes place April 27-May 3, online and in person. Tickets and more info available at reelabilities.org.
